This one bedroom one bathroom garden suite with plenty of storage on the mezzanine and natural light to serve as a residence for the client’s teenager. The exterior features contemporary West Coast materials including cedar shakes, black aluminum siding and a metal roof.
The main floor plan highlights indoor/outdoor living with sliding doors off the living room. The built in desk offers a study or work space, right off the kitchen.
